This program is organized by ROHM Theatre Kyoto in order to develop new human resources for connecting the site of practice with the fields of criticism and research in the performing arts as well as research for programming. Four researchers were chosen from an open call. They will conduct surveys according to the program’s themes through a process of meetings, research, and discussion with the mentors, theatre employees, and other related parties. The results of their research will be announced at a public event as well as in a publication produced by the theatre.
