New National Theatre, Tokyo Opera for High School Students 2017 “Madama Butterfly”

This “opera classroom” series presented by the New National Theatre, Tokyo has been held at ROHM Theatre Kyoto since 2016. For 2017, the series will look at Puccini’s “Madama Butterfly,” which will be dynamically and accessibly staged in a way ideal for students to experience the joy of opera for the first time.
