Organized with Higashiyama Youth Activity Center (operated by Kyoto City Youth Service Foundation), which offers creative activities themed around theatre, dance, music, art and crafts, this series of lectures for young people by theatre staff about their duties and the programs produced directly at ROHM Theatre Kyoto provides an excellent opportunity to experience a professional theatre environment firsthand.

This program for young people interested in future careers in the theatre introduces the kind of work that goes on at a theatre facility and lets participants experience it for themselves. Straddling both lectures and hands-on training, participants can work closely according to their own interests and future aspirations. During the first term, participants join the team organizing the Summer Play Theatre program, which is aimed at both adults and children, and, during the second term, the ROHM Theatre Kyoto repertory development program that involves Kinoshita-Kabuki. In this way, the program will help participants understand more about the directions to take in their career paths.

Presented by ROHM Theatre Kyoto (Kyoto City Music Arts and Culture Promotion Foundation), Kyoto City Youth Service Foundation, Kyoto City
