Miyu Hosoi
Born in 1993, Miyu Hosoi graduated from Keio University. In addition to works overdubbed with own voice, her practice focuses on sound that changes situations and spatial perception in the form of multichannel sound installations, outdoor installations, and stage performances. Hosoi has presented her work at such venues as the NTT InterCommunication Center Anechoic Room, Yamaguchi Center for Arts and Media, Acoustical Society of Japan, Nagano Prefectural Art Museum, Aichi Prefectural Art Theater, and Hibiya Park. In 2025, she will exhibit installations at the Institut de recherche et coordination acoustique/musique in France in March and at the Barbican Centre in London in May.
